One Major Theme of the Bible

The Bible’s theme is the salvation of man through Christ to God’s glory (John 20:30–31; 3:16; Mark 16:16; Luke 24:27, 44; 1 Peter 2:5).

Someone said,

If you wanted to sum up the Bible in seven words, the words would be: God, man, sin, redemption, justification, sanctification, and glorification. If you only had two words, the words would be grace and glory. If you could only use one word, the Bible is about Jesus—“In the volume of the book it is written of me” (Hebrews 10:7).
